How to register a complaint with Games Workshop
Complete this three-step form to submit your complaint to us.
Step 1 – Register Complaint
You begin the process by submitting this form within 30 days of the issue arising.
Step 2 – Review
We give your message a careful review and forward the relevant information to the departments and managers who are best able to investigate your complaint. If you've opted for a response, we'll provide one as soon as we're able.
Step 3 – Resolution
Your complaint will be resolved and the results communicated back to you.
If you're not satisfied with our resolution, you may write back to us within 20 working days of the resolution. We'll let you know what next steps are available to you, if any.
