The Daemons of Chaos have arrived!

From Dan Harden at 16:08 BST

This weekend the Daemons of Chaos receive some truly diabolical reinforcements to bolster their mighty legions. Daemonettes of Slaanesh ride into battle on many-bladed chariots, dicing their foes into chunks of meat as they revel in the destruction they cause. Plaguebearers shamble to war, their blight riddled forms oozing with disease and corruption, malevolent Nurglings scampering along in their wake. Flamers of Tzeentch bound across the battlefield, their many mouths breathing gouts of sorcerous flame, while the Blue Scribes cackle in delight as they wreak magical havoc upon their foes. There's a lot of new models coming out tomorrow, many of them plastic kits, all of them gorgeous (if anything blessed by Nurgle can be called 'gorgeous') and all of them will be available right off the shelf from your local Games Workshop Hobby Centre.

Before we take a look at them though, we've got a video from the Hobby Team in which Chris Peach tells us how they painted the Studio Daemon army. It's very useful if you're looking to start a Daemon army (or add to an existing one) as not only does he share some insights about painting Daemons, but the video also shows which paints they used too. You can find out more about painting Daemons and the rules for the new units in August's issue of White Dwarf, so make sure you pick it up soon because they are selling out very quickly. It seems the little Daemon booklet that comes with the issue has been very popular.
