A Conclave of Wizards

What's better than one Wizard? You guessed it - eight Wizards! This diorama was sent in to us by Quidamcorvus who not only converted and painted eight individual Empire Wizards, but built a rather superb base to display them all on. The diorama itself represents an Arcane Fulcrum around which all the Wizards have gathered to conjure their spells. As you can see from the gallery below, Quid has put a huge amount of effort into every Wizard, converting them all to make them look distinctly different to each other. To achieve this, many of the parts have been taken from other kits, including the flaming head from the Empire Flagellants kit, the head with the eye patch from the Chaos Marauder Horsemen, the whip from the Corpse Cart and, of course, the Empire Wizards boxed set. To further emphasise the differences between them, they have all been painted using their respective colours from the wheel of magic - red for the Lore of Fire, purple for the Lore of Death, and so on. All in all it's very clever stuff.
