Results of the Contest
After collecting a month's worth of votes from over the globe, the second annual Slayer Sword Challenge has come to a close! In the end of what was a close competition, the stunning craftsmanship and attention to detail seen in Chris Borer's Balthazar model won the most praise from the public with 42% of the overall votes. Todd Swanson's Festus model came in second with 33%, and Natalya Melnik's Gaelus came in third place with 25% of the votes.
For surpassing his peers with sculpting tool and brush, Chris will receive an awards certificate, a selection of limited edition models, and the opportunity to choose the subject matter for the next Slayer Sword Challenge, which will kick off after the Slayer Sword winners are determined from the Chicago and Los Angeles Games Days.
We'd like to thank the participants for all of the hard work invested in these beautiful models, and we'd also like to thank all of you who took the time to cast your vote. Until next year, happy painting!
