Hobby Centre Pick-up: You can choose to have your orders sent to your local Hobby Centre - and it's absolutely FREE to do so. It's a great idea, since you can chat to staff members and other hobbyists, find out about any local events, or even pick up a few extra modelling supplies. You can easily find out exactly when they'll be open so you can collect your order at your leisure. Note that delivery times may vary from store to store, so check with your local store for more details.
Tracking numbers: If you choose to use the Express or Priority Express shipping options, we ship by a courier service. That means you'll also get a tracking number, which we'll send to you in a separate email so that you can follow the progress of your order. These tracking numbers can also be viewed in your My Account section.
Forces Post: Sorry, our super-fast shipping methods cannot be used if orders are being sent to an Overseas Armed Forces address or PO Box. But Free Shipping still applies.
When will you process my order?
So, if you order before 12.00 noon, and your products are in stock, we'll get them sent out that same afternoon, no matter which shipping method you choose. If you place your order after 12, we'll send it out the next working day. Finally, if you order at the weekend (or on a public holiday) then we'll get things sent out the next working day.
How do I return something?
Whatever the reason, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy for you to return it to us for a refund, or exchange it for something else. No quibbles and no dodgy handshakes required.
