GW may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the games-workshop.com site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the site or any account you may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that GW shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any such termination.

JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this agreement. Notwithstanding this, GW shall be free to initiate proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction if it deems it appropriate to do so. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable in whole or in part, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
