A normal Imperial Guard platoon does not include any mechanised troops. Because of this it is common to attach an Armoured Fist squad to provide some fast-moving troops. Some Inquisitors make use of Chimera tanks and the Armageddon Steel Legion has all its squads equipped with Chimeras.
